Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Goregaon, Santacruz and Powai in Mumbai. Serviceability is confirmed by pincode at checkout.

2. Delivery Windows

Breakfast 7:30-9:30 AM, Lunch 12:00-2:00 PM, Snacks 4:00-5:30 PM, Dinner 7:00-9:00 PM IST.

3. Delivery Charges

Meal plan subscriptions include delivery. À la carte orders below the free-delivery threshold attract a nominal delivery fee shown at checkout.

4. Failed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive the order, our rider will wait up to 10 minutes and attempt a phone call. Undelivered perishable meals cannot be re-attempted or refunded.

5. Delays

Heavy rain, traffic restrictions and civic disruptions common in Mumbai may delay delivery. We notify you over WhatsApp whenever a delay is expected.
